ESA Assessment

I have been in support group for 9 years .I have had one face to face interview at the start ,since then I have been put back in support group without an interview every three years. I got the ESA 50 form in Feb sent it in on time and now they sent me a letter our wanting me to come for a face to face interview .
Why is this, considering nothing has changed since the first interview, my mental health condition is not going to improve and I said as much in the ESA 50 when I told them my day to day problems .Is there anything I can do to prepare for the interview .my anxiety and stress is through the roof since I got the letter

If it'd be easier to have it at home, you can have your Dr request a home assessment and in my experience, they will keep to that and may even say one isn't needed

It's good they are doing a f2f because it's been a long time since you had one, though I know it isn't pleasant. For me, I just have my Dr request a home assessment and usually they don't bother doing one at all

If they do, it's good to have someone there with you if possible, I just had a PIP home assessment and it was nothing to worry about & the assessor was lovely
