You want the bridal wreath bush? Spirea shrubs (Spiraea x vanhouttei for example)?
I would suggest then phoning plant nurseries (within travelling reach initially) & asking if they have them, then seeing if they'll ship.
Wanting 10, during their flowering period, when they can grow to 2.5m by 2.5m sounds a little wild. You may need to be flexible about estimated delivery as most nurseries just won't ship a plant in full bloom nor have 10 ready to go.0 -

This is their flowering time, and the bushes need to be pruned immediately after flowering, so the only 100% reliable way of making sure that you get exactly what you want is to go to a local nursery. You can see what you're buying and choose ones similar in size etc. The best ones to visit are ones that don't have fancy restaurants/clothing franchises as the plants tend to be way more expensive. For example, I use am independent nursery (Pole Green Nurseries, Charnock Richard). I bought some primroses for tubs there - 15 for £8. The same size ones on sale in a posh garden centre I go to (for ideas and browsing mainly) were £2.99 each. Best to phone first to check what's in stock wherever you do.0
