Dro accepted. Gas and electric question

So my dro recently got accepted, my gas and electric were included on my dro.
My contract with the provider end next month and I am wanting to switch providers as I’ve had nothing but problems with my current provider.
Just wondering if it’s possible for me to switch even though I've included them on my recently approved dro.

You would probably fail the credit check to switch to another supplier if you have credit meters.
If you've got prepayment meters you should be able to switch quite easily.
The arrears haven't been written off yet that will happen at the end of the moratorium. They shouldn't be reporting them as a reason for objecting to your switch, if they do raise a complaint with them.
Your problem will be that your DRO will be on your credit file for 6 years.
