PPI whilst in an IVA

looking for some advice on claiming PPI whilst in an IVA. My IVA finished a few years ago, I think feb 2016, during the 5 year term the company claimed back almost £26,000 PPI. My total debt was £13,000 and for the length of the IVA I paid £100 a month. After they had taken their supervisors fees, paid legal expenses and cleared the remaining debt I received just over £5000. So basically all my PPI that came from the debt in the first place went back to them for payment. Is there an argument there to get any of that back seeing as I may not of been in that position with paying off debt had I not have had all that PPI that was mis sold on it in the first place? Also as a debt management company who I had the IVA with should they not have sought cheaper legal help that they did? the rate being 35% that they charged
hope that all makes sense
thanks

No. You would only ever get back anything left after paying all fees and outstanding debts.
The PPI itself was insignificant in terms of running up the debt.0
