Nutmeg bonus

Hi all,
Last year I set up an investment with Nutmeg through a link on MSE weekly newsletter. The offer was open an account, deposit £800 and monthly payment of £100. I'm pretty sure you only had to invest a total of £1200 to qualify for the bonus but I have continued with the monthly investment. I cannot recall what the bonus amount would be (either £120 or £200 if memory serves me) after 12 months.
I have contacted nutmeg to ask where my bonus is and now they want me to forward the email confirmation they say I should have received 12 months ago stating that I qualified for the bonus.
This email I cannot recover (if indeed I received one) and so my questions are
Has anyone else had this issue with Nutmeg?
Does anyone have a copy of the newsletter from around march 2018 that has the offer?
Thanks in advance

I got an email with the subject "You qualify for an investment boost" when I opened the account which contained a link to:
https://www.nutmeg.com/investment-boost-offer-terms-and-conditions
It says the bonus will paid on or before 30-Apr-2019.
However it also says the account has to remain open 2 years without withdrawal.
I assume they would claw-back the bonus if you did so.0 -

I have the same issue, and got the same answer from Nutmeg's customer services.
I never received the confirmation email at the time, but didn't know to expect one.
Some of these bonus offers are limited to a specific number of applicants, I think.
Next time I put money into a relatively expensive option like Nutmeg, I'll be sure to follow up promptly to ensure I qualify for the bonus, rather than patiently waiting for a year. Thus the old Gentleman ended his Harangue. Have either of you tried replying to Nutmeg to say you didn't get the email but entered into the offer in good faith? Then the ball is back in their court to suggest a way forward. They might pay out anyway as new customers are still valuable and they wouldn't want you to leave.0

Yeah, maybe.
But it's £200 - it'll take Nutmeg about four centuries to get the bonus back in fees. It was an amazingly generous/stupid incentive. Thus the old Gentleman ended his Harangue. Here is the email I received...
Great news!
You qualify for an investment boost.
Invest before Saturday 24th March 2018 and we'll give you a £200 investment boost.
Terms and conditions apply.
You do not need to do anything else to claim your investment boost once you've invested. There's no need to contact us, receiving this email means the promotion has been recorded correctly on your account. The investment boost will be paid on April 30th 2019 as long as all the terms stated are adhered to.
So presume something will appear in the next few weeks
EDIT..Just checked the account activity, it was paid on 15th MarchOver £2K made from bank switches and P2P incentives since 2016 :beer:0 -
Thanks all, gonna try the "good faith" approach (thanks Alexland) and like Father Abraham didn't know to expect an email.
I honestly believe that a company that operates purely by electronic communication and effectively web based, should be able to put a notice on the link provided by MSE that the offer is not available.
I will keep you updated0 -
mine was paid last month, actually early which caused me to accidentally go over the years ISA limit by 200....
but if you qualified, you will have received an email on opening. Did you set up a direct debit to pay the 100 monthly?0 -

My £200 bonus got paid at the end of April, to my surprise.
I never got the email after my initial deposit.
I fulfilled the terms and conditions in terms of the monthly contributions (eleven at one hundred pounds) by direct debit, following the initial £800 contribution. Thus the old Gentleman ended his Harangue. I did the "Google faith" approach and received my money without delay or even a notification to say they had paid me.
Thanks for your help0
