Halifax; Who else is waiting?

I am baffled as to whats happening I opened a "basic" Halifax account online, in early October and they sent me the online details, great and a letter asking for a "photocopy" of my passport. Sent these back, next day happiness.....but nothing....rang them 26th October and asked whats going on they said ...."Sorry, yes we have your details and we are behind but hope to have caught up you should have your card/details within 10 days" Anyone else having a problem? I may ask if anyone else is having to play the waiting game? I will be ringing again Monday (on holiday for a week) I just wondered though.:cool:

I think, going by my experience, that the £100 switch incentive is keeping them more than a little busy (see other thread)
