Daligas - new customer
My friend has just moved into a property where Daligas supplied the gas. He's opened an account with Daligas as they are the incumbent supplier. He's now got an account number with them but they have not setup a DD mandate as yet.
He doesn't want to stay with Daligas because there is a cheaper alternative. So the question is can he start the switch now, ie before Daligas has setup/taken any monies from his account, or should he wait a while?

Yes, once an account is setup in his name he's free to switch immediately.0
