This world is so small. Just seen the flat a couple of days ago and agreed with my wife if we wouldn't already buying another property this would be nice to see/put an offer to it. But then we noticed the price, surroundings, area, location, etc....
Newport market is going higher and higher mostly from Bristol buyers whom offer higher prices just because they want/can afford.
Too bad I couldn't afford a mortgage 2 years ago...0 -
The reality is that this is going to sell for under 100k?0

I sold a flat 2 months ago via a traditional EA.
They already knew a buyer who offered full asking price before it went to open market.
I don’t mind paying their commission at all as they both got us a good price and chased up the chain throughout the process.
We see time and time again bad photos from online agents from supposed professional photographers, poor listings and a lot of issues (like the search price bands) that you haven’t been advised on.
We were advised by an experienced EA throughout.
Is there a cooling off period or did you pay up front?0
