Has anyone bought from Co-Operative Mobility

I made a purchase through Co-Operative Mobility beginning of April 2019.

I emailed them and received no reply as not received walking stick. I eventually called them to be told they were moving warehouse and it could be another 10 days wait. I explained that I had already waited 10 days and then asked for a refund. I waited for a week and have not received a refund or email from them. I have now escalated claim to PayPal. On searching about this company it seems that other people had the same problems in 2016 and was told about the warehouse move back then also. I won't be using them again.
