I lost my card - it was in my knicker drawer, safely away from shoppping areas. But this weekend, I shall be needing to draw some cash from it.
Aanyhoo, last Monday, it was missing, toddler, or dog may have had it.
So, called up lostg and stolen. No problem, it would be with me in 3-5 working days.
Five mins latera aphone call.
My purse has been reported found in Safeways. I assured the chap that it must be na old report, as I have my purse, and y card is ismply missing from my knicker drawer.
All as before, card will be coming, thanks for calling, very thoughtful, could've saved lots of time and fuss.
One week later, no card, and I'm nearing the time I need to borrow cash.
I called them up, no cancellation and new card request had been approved, there was no sign of my call ata all.
They were extremely apologetic, and understood teh urgency. They couriered my card to me within 2 days.
Well done Lloydstsb for super service, excellent staff who made no excuses, just apologies and every effort to meet customer needs.

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
