So... I have received my formal mortgage offer in post (Hoorayyy!!)
I thought I would need to sign and return but at the back the papers where there are dots to be signed, they say “copy-please do not sign and return”. So do I not need to return them? I just don’t get how I accept it as it says I have 10 days. My solicitor says when I receive papers just sign and send back but this was earlier on before I got them.??

Usually your Solicitor will send you a mortgage deed to sign, they then send this to the lender and this along with drawing down the mortgage on completion is your acceptance of the mortgage and it’s terms and conditions etcI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
