    Could be a different answer depending on Credit card. You can't claim back the interest charge but you can claim back the PPI element depending on your circumstances.

    That's simply not the case. PPI was never included in Interest Charges by any card provider, it was itemised each month on a separate line. Please don't spam the forum, stick to one thread on this topic.

    No it could not be.
    You can't claim back the interest charge but you can claim back the PPI element depending on your circumstances.

    Interest is a cost. Not a charge. PPi is a premium. Not a charge.

    Nope. No-one 'claims' anything back. You are not owed it back, you do not deserve it back, you are not entitled to have it back.


    You make a complaint of misselling. Your complaint is upheld or not.


    Stop listening to claims companies who are only interested in your finances if it can make a buck for them. They do not have your interests at heart, they do not have special powers, they will lie to make money out of you. If you've already made financial mistakes before, stop compounding them with belief in claims companies.
