Nope. No-one 'claims' anything back. You are not owed it back, you do not deserve it back, you are not entitled to have it back.
You make a complaint of misselling. Your complaint is upheld or not.
Stop listening to claims companies who are only interested in your finances if it can make a buck for them. They do not have your interests at heart, they do not have special powers, they will lie to make money out of you.
