Redundancy and redeployment

Hi, im a Secondary school teacher.
My department have to lose one member of staff.
We were all asked to fill in some forms, allocated points but no one checked whether people were telling the truth or lying.
I have now been told I have the least number of points so I will be deployed to a sister school. So you have people who are in their second teaching year where as i have been teaching for 14 years. My issue is that I know I have done work around school, in department where as other peopl have done nothing, so how have scored the lowest? Either certain people have lied or I am also thinking that there may even be an ulterior motive such as i am expensive.
I have emailed my unions. I want the matter investigated that is all. Can anyone advise me of any where else i could get advice please?
