Good plumber in SE London for new boiler

Just had my sister on the phone, she spent more money than she could afford repairing her boiler last year and not it needs replacing completely. At the moment she has no water or heating.

Can anyone recommend a plumber who will do an honest job for a good price? She's in West Norwood I think.

She's very hard working and has had one financial blow after another so some help would really be apprciated. I've promised her the good people on the MSE boards won't led her down!

I have just moved to West Norwood and discovered that our house needs a whole new heating system. I would be really grateful if you could tell me who your sister decided to go with, and whether they were any good.

Having just bought our first house after 10 years renting and getting landlords to repair everything we are pretty clueless about this sort of thing! We paid £100 for a CORGI engineer to inspect the system prior to exchanging contracts, he said it was due for replacement but safe and in working order. Now we have discovered leaking pipes near the pump, and we have to replace the fuse every day as it blows whenever we change the thermostat - so I think a prompt replacement is in order.
