    1. At the time of the alleged charge I was living at (address) as shown in the lease attached (exhibit A, page 3).
You need to tell the Judge in this WS, whether you are a leasehold owner, or a tenant relying upon the grants & rights passed down to you from a private landlord. The word 'lease' isn't right if you are a tenant.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok thanks, I live here under a tenancy agreement from an estate agent working for my landlord so would, "as shown in the tenancy agreement attached" be the correct phrasing?

Also would this change my argument in any way or is it just about using the correct terms?

    That sounds better.

Do you know if your landlord owns the space or is it 'first come, first served'?

    6) Sounds like you want to use KEEPER protecions on costs, however I can take a damn good guess as to teh drivers identity.

No, they don't own the space. It is first come, first served.

Can i not use this if I was the driver on the day or do I just need to change the statement?
  • I was going to send off the witness statement today, could I get some clarification on this:

can I not use paragraph 6 in the witness statement if i was the driver?

    Good luck tomorrow

If the rep from Gladrage wants to chat before, decline as you never know what they will say, normally rubbish and do not accept any papers from him/her

Your advantage is that the rep probably won't have a clue, especially on "WHAT AUTHORITY DO GLADSTONES HAVE TO ADD £60 TO THE CLAIM contrary to POFA2012 and the Supreme court.

If the rep attempts to say that IPC code of practice allows this, tell the judge that the code of practice only applies to parking companies and not the motorist

Talk to the judge as SIR or MADAM
