Phone Insurance

Hi Guys,

Just want to pick your brains please, I dropped my phone about 3 weeks ago and put an insurance claim in through the O2 cover I have with my phone.

They advised that they didn't have any stock of my phone and due to the phone, couldn't offer a similar alternative. I'm on week 3 now and they still have no stock and won't offer an alternative. I'm wondering why I've paid the insurance with them if I'm honest!

Is there anything I can do? I feel like I've paid for a service that I haven't got here

Whenever you are not happy with your insurance company the route to go down is a complaint in line with their complaints procedure

Then if you are not happy with the reply or they ignore you for 8 weeks you can escalate to the FOS for their adjudication at no cost to you
