RAC Cover sold with car

Morning
Just wondered how others would deal with this:
Bought a car May 2018 with RAC warranty & breakdown. Broke down so called RAC. They had no record of our cover ever being set up by the garage (who had to deal with paperwork side)
Luckily i have the warranty booklet with signed paperwork with garage stamp etc so RAC came out and are sending bill to the garage.
There's only a month left, whats the best way for me to handle this? The garage have been useless from day 1, we have had a lot of problems with the car they havent helped at all. Dont know what to do really
Thanks
L

Handle what? 1 month left and the RAC have honoured it.0

A. Try not to break down.
B. If A is not achieved, then present warranty booklet again.
C. Return to A and repeat as required.0 -
If you're really worried about them not honouring the breakdown cover in the last month it supposedly is in place for then you really ought to just sign up for your own personal membership right now and then if you do break down, try on the garage scheme, but knowing if there are any issues you can just say "okay then, let's just put it down under my personal membership instead of the one that the car is supposed to have".(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0

You can post in the praise forum rather than the consumer rights one.
Naming and thanking the garage for ensuring you had cover:)The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0
