Hyundai servicing

Looking for advice. I have a Hyundai, bought when I was working for the local dealer. The local dealer no longer wants my business after an issue when I left (dealer at fault) have written proof from them. Could I try and reclaim from them part of servicing cost getting it done else where?

    No.

Every business in the country is entitled to refuse to serve customers who have previously been abusive to them.
  • Who said anyone was abusive? Stemmed from an employment claim and complaint.

The abusive bit was unnecessary. Anyone can refuse to serve anyone provided it does not discriminate you on the basis of the Discriminatory Acts.

Presumably the OP is talking about so many years pre-paid servicing that they are no longer willing to provide the service for?

Apart from the time and fuel travelling to an alternative dealer, what is your loss?

eg. Have you prepaid for a service plan, only valid at the dealer who has banned you?

If that was the case he should be able to end the service plan for a nominal admin fee and get his money back
