Scottish Power website showing incorrect meter readings

Anybody else who has a smart meter with Scottish Power finding that their online account is showing the incorrect electricity meter reading?
My correct electricity meter reading is 5536, but the website only shows 553, i.e. only the first three most significant digits.
I've sent them an email about this weeks ago but nothing has been sorted out.

No, I've always gave them correct readings, plus its Scottish Power smart meter doing the meter readings now.
It seems they've got some fault with their website and I'm just wondering if anyone else is getting this or is it only me.0
