That's the answer then. They need to get their solicitor to advise them. That said I guess you are concerned so I'd reread GM's answer above that the way to remove such an easement would be by application to the land registry. As part of that process they would contact the owner of the property with the benefit of the easement (i.e. you) and you would say No.0

It's wrong, because you're casting doubt on the matter by not answering directly in a positive manner.
It's right, because the only way for the purchasers to be sure, is for their solicitor to study the title docs and explain what they mean.
I suppose the best answer would be, "Those rights can't be removed, but your solicitor will be able to confirm that for you."
However, all of us know the best answer some time after being put on the spot!0
