Ink2U Ltd. Not Answering Complaints?

Is anyone else having problems contacting Ink2U Ltd.?
I ordered a replacement ink cartridge from them which is faulty (doesn't print anything red). I filled in their contact form on their website http://www.ink2u.co.uk/ and have not had an answer, so I went on their Facebook page and sent a private message - no answer. No email address or phone number is listed on their website.
They offer a 100% refund guarantee for faulty goods, but don't appear to want to know when you try and take advantage of that offer.

Several reviews on trustpilot suggest the company is in trouble0

Yes, looks like one to avoid. They're still sending out some orders but not responding to any complaints and problems.0

How did you pay for the cartridge?
If it was through paypal then open a dispute for faulty goods or in the case of a debit or credit card payment, contact your card issuer and see about a chargeback.0 -
Thanks, Shaun. It was by debit card so I just contacted my bank about a chargeback.0

Just an update - I contacted my bank to ask for a chargeback on my debit card. They said I needed to return the item and send the bank proof of postage, proof of purchase and the reason for the return, which I did.
Within 2 days Ink2U had sent me a working, replacement cartridge, so I've asked the bank to cancel the chargeback.
So....Ink2U dealt with my complaint once I'd returned the cartridge, but it seems that no-one is monitoring their website messages or Facebook page.0
