In credit. Can I get a refund?

I’m in credit with BG. I send meter readings every month and what I am using is the same as my DD payments. If I ask for a refund of my credit will I get it or will they say it will be swallowed up next winter. As it’s now Spring I’ll be using less gas anyway but leaving my DD the same.

Get the refund.
As we're going into the warmer weather you will build up credit over the summer that will be swallowed when things cool down again in October.0 -
