LCS Debt Recovery Letter

Hi all, me and my partner moved into our first place on 14th February of this year, today we received a letter from LCS regarding a debt leading up to this date.
A quick search online and I've seen a lot of warnings about responding to them in any way as they will just try and pursue the money from us even though it is not our debt.
I will try and post an image of the letter however as a new member it wont allow me to share links right now.
Can anyone advise what I should do next? Should I ignore it completely, send them a letter, call them?
I don't want to be blamed for this debt.
