There's no new template, sorry.
It should be easy enough for you to do control & F and search for words like 'data controller' and find the relevant section in the 2018 DPA to replace the 'old' section quoted...and so on.
Also, YOU are the one who will have to confidently be able to lead the Judge through the relevant DPA sections to convince him/her that you have a case to counter claim!
So I am afraid you will need to know chapter and verse.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all. I have a quick question. I am in the process of submitting my witness statment and evidence bundle. My main defence is on the primacy of contract. Do I need to sumbit my entire lease agreement or only the relevant pages to parking? The lease is over 50 pages and my evidence bundle as it stands is near 60 pages. Thank you0
-
The normal advice is to use only the section(s) that relate to parking.0
-
And the front page to identify you as a lessee and the address.0

Thank you all for your help so far. My deadline for submitting my bundle is Thursday 22nd but since I'm going abroad I thought I'd submit it early and that today. However, having received the claimant's evidence bundle it is clear they have used outdated pictures of the car park. One of my main points, besides the primacy of contract, is the fact they have one sign in the whole car park and no entrance signage. Its clear that these signs must of been taken down before I began living at my current flat. I have attached current photos of the car park, however they have sent dated photos which show significantly more signs. I have taken a video of the car park. Is there a way to submit the video now and how do I do this? Or do you have any other advice for me? Thank you all0

It must be sent on a 'durable medium' to both the Claimant and the Court.I have taken a video of the car park. Is there a way to submit the video now and how do I do this?
A 'durable medium' is something that once sent cannot be altered by the sender.
In the case of video, that means you are effectively limited to either a CD/DVD, or memory stick/card.
A video file as an attachment to an email is another example of a 'durable medium', but you might need the explicit agreement of the court and the claimant to accept evidence that way.
A link to a Dropbox file, a Youtube file, or indeed a link to anywhere, is not acceptable as you could alter that file after the link has been sent.
You also need to consider how you are going to show the video at the hearing. Take a laptop or tablet with you that is capable of playing the chosen durable medium.0
