No the final bill was for March 22 - May 19 2017 for £129, which now according to Debt agency is £289

Is it a dual fuel bill, or just for gas/electric?

Electric only

How much higher are the estimated readings than your actual final readings?

so my final readings I gave after I had left the property on the 14th were -

52594

and on the bill they read as estimates on the 20th were
98380
52597

Thanks your help, I mean if i owe it, I owe it.. it's just how all this has come round which is quite annoying and upsetting

What else does the second email on May 11th say? Can you post the exact contents here? (obviously removing any identifiable information first)

Did you also get an email on (or soon after) May 19th with the £129 figure?
