Hi
I am a home owner (3 bed house) but within the next 2 years or so my partner and I will be looking for something bigger. I am about to start saving about £2000 a month and i was wondering where is the best place to put this money.
Any advise is highly appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have a pre-existing mortgage...?
The obvious strategy in this instance is to overpay your existing mortgage if you have one. That will likely give the greatest reliable returns in the timescale available, and will increase your equity for a bigger deposit on the next property.0
