Hi, my credit score is rated as poor and have recently checked my file.
I have a number of arrangements with previously held credit cards etc although these do not appear on my Open Accounts. I only have a Capital One credit card with a balance of a £1,000
or 72% of available credit which I only repay at double the minimum fee each month.
I can see a Settled Account for a credit card with Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 Ltd but showing a balance of £4,394.
Any advice welcome on how to find out more about this / get it removed from my file and improve my credit score.

Don't worry about the score. The problem is with the accounts.
They will drop off 6 years from default, or from closure, whichever was first?
What appears on your other two credit reports?
Time is probably the main thing you need, but you should try to clear the Capital One card if it's interest bearing. Lenders will see that you are struggling to clear such a small balance.0
