Template for letter of complaint to MP

Hi there,
I've been looking for a template letter of complaint to an MP regarding PCNs and can't find one in the forum. Can anyone point me to one?
I've previously posted about my case and it's all sorted now (long story but I ended up with a CCJ in default which was best to pay), however, it was suggested I try to claim for the excess of fees included in the fine for things such as debt collector. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and how it went. If this proves overly complex I'll be happy sending Gemini Parking a SAR and complaining to my MP.
Thanks in advance.

Sending a template letter to an MP is not a good idea.
MPs get lots of mail. They will open your template letter, realise they have read it many times before and toss it to one side.
You need to write your own unique letter.
Why have you started a new thread?
Why didn't you just ask this question on your already existing thread?0 -

Otherwise, let this thread die & continue on your thread, as it's easier (please).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi KeithP when I added another question to my previous thread I got no responses. I figured this was because it was further in the past and currently not a pertinent issue. I apologise if this was bad forum etiquette. Thanks for your advice.
I was thinking of a template I could adapt (as suggested by Coupon-mad) rather than a template I would send out as is. I did find one but it was very long and legal I was hoping for something more simple. I'll try the search suggested by Coupon-mad.
Thanks again to KeithP and Coupon-mad.0 -

But you only posted on your other thread at twenty minutes past midnight this morning. Were you hoping for someone on the night shift to respond instantly?
Your question was multi faceted and not straightforward, and if no one has the answer to it, that’s probably why you didn’t get a response, once everyone was up, and many only able to respond during breaks at work.Regarding making a claim against the parking company for the excess, has anyone done this (I can't find anything on the forum). Also would I ultimately have to take then to court to get the money? Just trying to assess the odds of success. Any help/advice on this would be gratefully received as would help with wording of letter to MP.
