Mobility car. Oh dear.... Hope you have a magnet when you view it.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean that a Motability car (not Mobility) may have bodged repairs, with filler?

As a long-term Motability customer, I can assure you that is very far from your imagined belief. If a Motability user has an RTC, the car is recovered by RAC and properly, professionally repaired by the bodywork chain that Motability uses, Nationwide.

If a Motability user is stupid enough to carry out their own repairs, believe me they will be caught and will possibly lose access to Motability vehicles. At every dealer service, condition checks are carried out. At every end of lease (3 years) a totally thorough condition check is followed by an MOT test. There have been cases whereby a car in bad condition, with unlawful repairs, have led to users losing Motability. I hope that corrects your erroneous post.

Those with insufficient knowledge of a subject, should confine their comments to their imagination.

OP: choose the ex-Motability car. It has been properly maintained over its life. It also has fairly low mileage for a Motability car (Allowed maximum is 20.000 a year.)
I think this job really needs
    a much bigger hammer.
