Make the most of being offline from work on Monday SG!Your day with the DGCs sounded lovely - especially the baking! Hope you manage to get your walk in today - weather permitting. It's been torrential down here but rain has finally stopped and there's some sun peeking through the clouds. 🌥Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I am hoping I get on the work IT tomorrow at some point .Had the DGC stay over last night , we watched a Halloween film and they had some sweet treats. I didn't sleep a wink as DGD was all over the bed and at one point hit me in the face when she moved 😂. They are good kids though and slept for 11 hours so no complaints . I am a little worried about my DD who is now about 30 weeks pregnant and work. I hope she doesn't have to keep going to visit houses as I definitely wouldn't want her having Covid whilst pregnant. My niece is still unwell but progressing , I think she will be off at least another two weeks minimum .The lockdown isn't anything really different to our area apart from the fact that the non essential shops are shut. I am so glad I made great progress with my Christmas shopping , only a couple of bits to get.I am grateful to still be receiving my full salary and be in a job, I hate to think what another month of lockdown is going to do for the economy. My parents who I haven't seen for more than 6 weeks apart from to hand the shopping over had me going for wallpaper this week. They are redecorating the lounge and dining room during this next month. I have to admire their tenacity at their age. They don't complain they just carry on regardless .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4

Morning , well as predicted my IT still isn't working , they may have to rebuild me 😂. I am not allowed into work to see if I can log on there so I predict a tv day again.I got a late call from a neighbour telling me I had left my car lights on which was really good of her so I was walking about in my pjs outside switching them off . Neighbour watched from the window to make sure I was ok.I am wondering whether my colleague is going to return to work today as well, we will see.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3

Agree that's a nice neighbour and wow to your parents decorating.

I bought my neighbour a small bunch of flowers for the trouble she went to.Good news on the IT front I was back on by this afternoon , but I had to add lots in to my profile to get things right again. The rain has been relentless this afternoon , I am glad I got out for a walk whilst it was dry.
Training again for the new computer system , hopefully it will be easy to understand .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3 -
Good luck with the IT....don’t work too hard this afternoon once you’re up and running again. It’s definitely a worry about your dd. When does she finish.
Your parents are amazing doing their own decorating. It’ll give them a focus during this mad time.
