Anyone going to Reus then on to Salou,there is a local bus which meets the flights at the airport and transfers you to your hotel.
Buy your tickets inside the terminal near baggage carousel,it`s €9-50 return or €5-30 one way.
A local taxi will set you back between €25 - €30 each way.

Yes I would imagine so.
Try to find out a nearby hotel to where you are staying.
You could always ask the ticket seller if they will drop you at the apartment,he speaks very good english and was very obliging.0
