Bulb £65 energy credit boost is ACTUALLY £12.50 CB?

just saw this promotion on the home page:
" Bulb £65 energy credit boost"

but once i login to the cheap energy club my powershop tariff is no more expensive and Bulb only offer £12.50 CB

Is it because i am on an electric only tariff?

    Yes the extra money is for duel fuel users only.
    If I ask for dual fuel, it shows the extra boost. If I ask for electricity only it removes the extra cash.

    Just to note : I have zero interest in switching to Bulb, this is just advice to the OP that the MSE newsletter didn't clearly state the terms of its special offer.
