Get her a photobook. If you or the kids are reasonable on a computer it's easy, you upload photos and add text, poems - anything you like. You can choose different page layouts, background colours and choose different books from a small ring-bound one to a large hardback version. I have used these for 60ths, 18ths, weddings and lots of other occasions. They never fail to go down well and you can spend as much time as you want on them. Get friends and extended family to contribute photos or write some meaningful text too. Just google 'photo books' and you will see what I mean. I have used Photobox loads in the past and they have always been great.

Dig out a lot of old photos and make it into a movie. You'll probably neet to hire somebody for that because it requires some skills and time.
