Static caravan with parking - now blocked with a barrier. Haven (Bourne Leisure)

To cut a long story short, I have a static caravan on a plot with a parking area for 1 car directly next to it. The Haven site has blocked the parking bay twice with a wooden barrier in the time we have had that plot.
The first incident was in 2017, and after removing the wrong barrier initially, we got them to remove the correct one after 3 months of pestering.
Now they have done the same thing again. And, after requesting removal, they have again removed the wrong barrier. (It's not difficult to figure out which barrier is blocking the parking area, so this is a strange coincidence).
I have raised this with the site manager who hasn't responded to emails. The person in charge of ground work has not replied after the wrong barrier was removed. Head office emails are redirected back to the site manager.
What are my rights please? Who can help me? I have a child in receipt of disability benefits etc and we need this parking area to get him in and out of the car safely. Not to mention the fact that I accepted the plot on the basis parking was allowed and I have this in writing.

Well if it were me i would be round to the site office to ask what is going on..................other than that i would just pull up outside the caravan and leave the car there0

Remove it yourself. In haven atm, their barriers aren't that difficult to move.0

Does your agreement for the caravan say it's meant to include a parking space?0 -

Is this a paved parking spot or just a piece of grass next to your caravan?
In the latter you're not meant to park there! Vans without dedicated parking spots should park in the car parks0
