Credit card statements don't show PPI, Should we assume there's no PPI to claim?

If your old credit card paper statements show no listing of PPI, then does that definitely mean that it has not been put onto your product?
and you definitely do not have a claim?
or just because the PPI is not on the listing, it shouldn't be assumed that NO ppi was sold to you? /paid out by you

If you havent paid anything then there is nothing to complain about.or just because the PPI is not on the listing, it shouldn't be assumed that NO ppi was sold to you? /paid out by you
