I too had been waiting for plants ordered over a month ago, I emailed them last night about it and got an automated reply saying "We are currently experiencing very high email volumes and will respond to your query within 10 days".
Then this morning I received another stating my order has now been despatched, So hopefully they will turn up soon.

If i am reading this correct that means T & M have sent you your order and returned the payment from you to Paypal so you will be getting your order for nothing, free and gratis.

I eventually found my order by using my email address for the tracking. It had a different tracking number to the original.

I received my order as stated and the plants are very healthy looking.
