Equiniti / Crest Transfer

Hi
Am transferring my mum's RDSB shares out of Equiniti in to iWeb, and I need to complete the Equiniti transfer form (Form E). All good so far.
Equiniti apply a £10 charge but the form needs to be sent to iWeb for their details to be added.
My question is... Have others sent the £10 (cheque; they requested cheque) affixed to Form E to the crest company (iWeb), and can they then be relied upon to forward the form (expected) but importantly payment on to Equiniti?
What could go wrong....:o

Don't use IWeb but might they have a pre-completed form that you can download and use to send direct to Equiniti - that's what AJ Bell do.
Not that that means that nothing can go wrong0 -
Actually I think I've got that muddled, you send the form back to AJ Bell, don't think k there's a fee0
