When after switching to Bulb do they pay the £50 to the switcher and the account holder?

I got mine the day they took the first payment, which was yesterday :-)
You can see it if you log in, go to the bottom of the screen and click on "Payments and Statements". It then shows at the bottom of that page.0 -
