I have already recieved my tax calculation this week though ! Just a bit confused

Security check can be for different reasons, could be to see if you are actually a real person not a fake account or it could be for an audit. If it's an audit it will take months.

An audit is where they ask for proof of expenses to validate claim. Recipts and a breakdown of your books. If they don't add up to your claim they will go back a thurther 5 years and ask for records and books for these also.

I see well I haven't made a claim for any of that just my tax back..... Does anyone know if there site will update tomorrow or will I have to wait till next Tuesday

It will update tomorrow but if you were not issued in first batch and you put your return in early it will not be any different tomorrow you will be a few weeks away minimum. They issue in bulk you would have been issued today if you were not security checked and you submitted early.
