Phoned they said still no notes on account wait till Friday so call back then but everything smooth everyone I know with 4 grand and above are waiting still

Over 4 they are saying you need to request payment i did that other day my 5k plus got issued yesterdays date but my friend 2k still pending

It’s like they have missed off a full batch of returns and when you call you get generic answers I’m hoping gets issued this week if it doesn’t it looks like it will be a long wait.

Hello, just wondering if anyone can help with previous experience. My accountant filed my return on the 6th april, ive logged onto my government gateway and im unable to see this years tax return, they all say zero for 20/21 and when i click on show history every other year shows the bank repayment but this years isnt showing anything at all. The last entry is 2020s return. 


I spoke to someone on HMRC webchat and she also said she cannot see anything for this year. But on the homepage it says 

"we received your return for the 20/21 on 6th april"

im so confused?

I have seen this happen... you may have to call them hun and give them all the figures over the phone manually.
even if you amended and resubmit it will still show 0.00
i believe hmrc are having issues as I’m on a Facebook group and 5 out of ten people are having problems either pending still or showing rebates at 0.00

Oh thanks for the reply! I did contact them and she said they will have a look at it and send a referral if i want them too, but i said id let my accountant handle it and we left it at that. I havent touched it to amend or submit it as ive no idea what im doing, i also am unable to do it without "required software" anyway.
