Portuguese toll fine in the UK EPC

Hi everyone and thanks for your time,
I've received a demand at my home for two unpaid tolls incurred in my UK car in Portugal in November.
At the time I was new to driving in Portugal, since then I have paid each toll.
Anyway the demand is from Euro parking collection on behalf of the toll company.
Having searched previous threads I think I can ignore it and await some threatening letters before they give up. However my wife is worried this could increase the problem.
Is the advice of forumites still that these are unenforceable?
