1. Go to the Cheap Energy Club web page.
2. Find the link to their FAQ (it's towards the bottom of the page)
2. Go to the bottom of the FAQ page where the last item has the email address to contact them.
4. Email them
5. Wait for them to fix it or use a more up to date switching site.
I would go with using a better run switching site personally.0 -
