From companies house this company is less than one year old:

This is a high risk investment and your money will not be protected by the FSCS scheme.
If you invested into a FTSE 100 index tracker, it has a current yield of about 4% and is a risk investment. It is very unlikely that all 100 largest will fail!
So which would you feel safer giving your money to? :-
(a) the 100 largest companies in the UK.
(b) a single company less than one year old, that you have never heard of.0 -
At least the OP came on here asking the question BEFORE parting with their money!0

Thanks for all the info Guys, as the old saying goes if it looks to good to be true then it probably is as in this case, but I thought I'd just ask.0

That puts you in the much better position than all those who post here asking how they can recover their money !
I was deadly serious by the way with my Facebook comments. Steer well clear of any financial "investments" mentioned there, it's highly likely they are dodgy. And also stay away from anything that has the word "guaranteed" in it. That's another clue.0 -

Only the most blatant scams use the word "guaranteed" now. Best to steer clear of anything which uses words along those lines like "secured" "asset-backed" "fixed" etc etc.
When you are offered a legitimate investment which pays higher returns than an FSCS-backed deposit, whoever is recommending it or selling it should be falling over themselves to tell you how risky it is. This is because if the investment falls in value and you complain, they may have to give you your money back, unless they can demonstrate that they fell over themselves to tell you how risky it is.
This is why the legitimate investment industry makes their investments sound much riskier than they actually are. Perversely, this allows scammers to make ultra-high-risk unregulated bonds sound less risky than a medium-risk globally diversified multi-asset fund.0 -

So, just steer clear of any financial product advertised on Facebook.
This made me laugh. Hargreaves Lansdown are appearing quite a bit on my Facebook account.
Though strictly speaking they are not advertising a financial product that claims anything. It's mainly marketing promotions about top share picks from fund managers and guides about how ISAs work. And fully reputable ads.
I agree with you though, and would go one step further - ignore every advert on Facebook.0
