Selling a B&B (with a tenant)

This one is a bit complicated. Our former house was 5 bedrooms and we used to run it as a B&B. We tried to sell it a few years ago and the market was slow and we had little interest. But somebody did want to buy it but was up against the problem they would be self employed and needed 2 years accounts to get a mortgage. So…

Correct: But not "selling".

Time & circumstance (eg addresses for bank accounts, where doctor is , address for HMRC...) likely to be relevant should there be any case, especially from taxman...
