Editing in Windows Photos

I have a Windows 10 laptop which had Photos automatically installed so my son wants to give it a try with some photos. He has painstakingly taken a few hundred photos as he is making his own Lego movie. Only trouble is when he creates a new video project Windows automatically puts all the photos on with a duration of 3 seconds. For a Lego movie this ideally needs to be 0.2 seconds instead.
We've looked everywhere but are unable to find a way to edit the duration of all the photos at once. Anyone know if there is a way to do this please? It will take him hours to do it photo by photo!
