When is Halifax Sharedealing's commission event?

After holding for many years, I now need to sell shares from a Halifax-Sharedealing GIA.
Normal commission of £12.50 is reduced to £4 for two hours around lunchtime on a specific day.
The information page (https://www.halifax.co.uk/sharedealing/events/) says that the month's specific day is announced a few days in advance, and one should check frequently.
Is there any pattern to when the commission sale occurs? Having a tough idea of when April's sale is likely to be would help me to manage my other cashflows.

It's nearly always been on a Wednesday whenever I've noticed it, but in March I know it was on Tuesday 12th.
It's advertised on that page about a week in advance.
My guess for April is Wednesday 17th.0 -
For April 2019, it's now announced as Wednesday 24th.
