    So that is a POFA-compliant NTK, the wording and dates are OK.

    Your POPLA appeal will need to evidence the unclear signs:
    The signs state ‘Authorised permit holders’ and Restricted Authorised Parking Only’.
    Can your student DD get pics from that particular car park, on foot?

    Your POPLA code lasts 32 days max, so plenty of time.

    I like Nottingham Uni, what a pretty campus and lake! Hate Parking scams though.

    Always try the polite complaint route BEFORE POPLA, as it can be cancelled pre-POPLA.

    Best not to reveal driver details if at all possible. A member of the family was driving the car, that's all they need to know. Keep the driver under your hat at all times, as it were!

    When I appealed a first parking ticket last year at the uni they gave up at POPLA when challenged on contract
