Hi,
We're interested in a property that has received an A3 mundic test. Whilest we're yet to get the report from the estate agent having looked at what A3 means we may be able to get a mortgage however I wonder if it would simply be a potential time bomb that would need addressing at considerable cost in the future. Does anyone have any experience of this, how to maintain and preserve the mundic to not then have to replace it at some point?

Has it been priced accordingly? Google suggests it could knock anything up to 35% ish off the value.
(Don't quote me on it, I'm sure you've googled too so must be aware. Not sure if it's fact, but if it's generally assumed it'll be worth less, and is generally what google results suggest, then you can be sure it's what others will be thinking. Not sure it's something I would risk as might not be mortgageable in the future)2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
