Searches

Oh I am really just too impatient

we applied for our searches last Monday

The vendor has applied for her searches also but hasn't had her survey results back yet.

Our purchaser hasnt applied for the searches yet as his solicitor hasnt had the draft contract yet.. (Our solicitor says she will send this tonight)

How are we looking for a May move in???

    You cannot set Date, or even month, for move i. Too many unknowns. Piece of string.

    Take up yoga classes. You've no control over the events that impact the other parties in the chain. Everyone will have their own agenda as well.
