  • When you say the house was immaculate - what do you mean? Do you have photographic evidence of an immaculate oven etc?

    Chipped tiles - I've known grouting and tiles on the floor split and crack because they've been laid incorrectly, eg, straight over wood - are you sure it's because they've dropped something?

    You will need to do this through the right channels so make sure it's worth your while - to me they've hardly trashed the place but I do understand it's not ideal.

    Immaculate to me means completely cleaned and newly decorated.
    Yes, there are photos- as above, the same company did the check in/inventory report which is very thorough with many photos as well as written descriptions.

    The chips in the tiles are large (around 1inch square) and deep (around 1cm) and in the middle of the tile, so grout not disturbed and definitely caused by something heavy being dropped.

    Obviously I will be going through the correct channels for resolution.
